Our copy of this book is used constantly by our consulting staff. It covers the complicated process of shipping products to foreign markets. We recommend to our customers, especially those that handle their own international shipping, insurance and payment processing. John R. Jago, Director, Institute of Export.

As the title suggests, this book is a documentation and makes the job really well. I bought this book as a beginner with no knowledge of the procedure and I can say that I now have a good knowledge of the process. Small businesses can benefit and may only be 1 / 4 of the book and large organizations need to search out the great mass of information. Even if you start a small export business, this is a book you should refer to.

This book has given me is a good background and examples.
Than 3 parts (export, import, annex), but the contents of the Export & Import divided almost equally, I mean to repeat too much.
Anyway, what have a good book!
Today I ordered other books relating Export & Import, so that we will see.
