Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 3 : Stating that food inflation in the country was due to manipulation by hoarders and speculators who misused the Export-Import Policy and opportunities in forward trading, Kerala Food and Civil Supplies Minister C Divakaran today blamed the Centre’s policies for the present inflation.
